The only limits that exist are the ones in our minds. We either help ourselves succeed or slow ourselves down by the way we think.

👉It’s important to understand why we might think in ways that hinder our progress.

The human brain loves the familiar because its primary goal is to keep us safe. Anything unfamiliar is unknown and, in the brain’s perspective, potentially dangerous because it hasn’t been scanned for risks.

Have you ever noticed how, when faced with an unknown situation, you pause and don’t know how to act? That’s your brain evaluating and scanning for potential dangers. You might hesitate for a moment, or you might stop altogether because the unknown feels too threatening. Sometimes this happens consciously, and other times, we’re unaware of why we lose the will to move forward.

Your intuition can be a powerful ally in such moments. As the saying goes, “Trust your gut,” meaning you should rely on your intuition when navigating new and unfamiliar situations.

The more you practice trusting your intuition, the sharper it becomes.

Every successful person I know or have read about uses their intuition to discover new paths to success. You and I should do the same.

2. View failure as feedback, not a dead end, and keep trying.

3. Focus on progress, not perfection. Done is better than perfect.
