👉 A limiting belief is a story we tell ourselves that holds us back, it often operates in the background, quietly influencing our actions and keeping us stuck.

👑 Awareness is the first step toward improving any area of our lives. Once we become aware, our behavior becomes a choice we consciously make.

👉 Today, we’ll address the second most common limiting belief: "I don’t have enough time."

It’s easy to say we’re too busy, but often, it’s just a matter of not prioritizing what truly matters.

📌 Limiting Belief #2

"I don’t have enough time."

  • We typically say: "I’m too busy to focus on this right now."

  • We typically think: "I can’t possibly fit this into my schedule."

  • We typically do: Fill our time with low-priority tasks, avoid planning, or delay starting meaningful work.

How to overcome it:

  • Say instead: “I can create time for what’s important.”

  • Think instead: “If I prioritize wisely, I’ll find the time to work toward my goals.”

  • Do instead: Track your time and activities, eliminate distractions, and set aside at least 15-30 minutes daily for progress. Try Toggl app. I use it in my work and absolutely love it!
