If we think of it very simply, humans are like a mix of chemicals, that get triggered by our thoughts and re-mixed by our brains.

When we perceive something as a happy experience, we generate happy thoughts and our body mixes up and produces a happy chemical mix.

Happy hormones and neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin, come out to play.

Never mind the long names, just think of them as happy chemicals produced by our bodies when we are happy

1. SEROTONIN
It is often referred to as the "FEEL-GOOD" HORMONE because it regulates our mood, and relaxes our mind and body.

Simple ways to access it - Sunlight, exercise, and laughter.
So find a way to laugh, while you’re moving and enjoying the sunlight.

2. DOPAMINE:
Dopamine is a reward hormone, responsible for motivation. It makes us feel inspired to achieve our goals.

Simple ways to access it - Accomplishing goals, no matter how big or small, or expressing gratitude. Tip: We can use it to create positive habits.
Tip: Try it by thinking of 5 things you are grateful for in your life right now.

3. OXYTOCIN:
It’s known as the "love hormone" as it's released when people bond or show affection with one another, or themselves.

Simple ways to access it - Praise or hug someone we love, including ourselves.

CONCLUSION:
This means we need to spend more time with people who make us laugh, dance, and feel grateful for all the best things in life!
