My conclusion
Life is busy. So many things to do, so many goals to reach. Sometimes we find ourselves feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Making a good priority list will help with the progress but the emotions generated by stress also need to be looked after.
Accumulated negative emotions get stored in our bodies and if not released, they will try to come out in emotional outbursts or an illness.
Here is how you can release emotions through movement:

- Practice yoga, tai chi, breathwork, or qigong.
The goal of all of them is not to achieve an outcome, but to use movement as a tool for self-expression, self-discovery, and emotional release.
