They say if you can imagine it, you can achieve it but many of us struggle with the second part. We can easily dream about a better life but achieving it is a different story.
One of the reasons is our self-limitations or abundance blockers. Nothing can be improved without awareness. 👉AWARENESS -> PLAN -> ACTION
Step number one is knowing what we need to change.
📌10 ABUNDANCE BLOCKERS and SIMPLE WAYS TO OVERCOME THEM:
1.👉LIMITING BELIEFS:
"Your beliefs about what's possible will always block your abundance." - Jen Sincero
– Challenge and change your negative beliefs. Find evidence that shows these beliefs aren't true. They say we can prove anything with statistics, so find “the right” stats to help you succeed :)
2.👉FEAR OF FAILURE:
– Think of mistakes as opportunities to grow. Don’t give them any power over your actions. We only fail when we stop trying.
3.👉NEGATIVE SELF-TALK:
– Be kind to yourself and replace negative thoughts with better ones. For example, every time you might think “I’m bad at computers or technology”, replace it with “I’m smart! I can do it step by step. ”
4.👉LACK OF SELF-WORTH:
– YOU ARE VALUABLE! YOU ARE POWERFUL! YOU ARE IMPORTANT! YOU DESERVE ANY SUCCESS YOU CAN IMAGINE!
Feel the power of these words and make them your motto. It’s your birthright to be successful! Believe that you can and you are halfway there!
5.👉ATTACHMENT TO THE PAST:
– The past is gone. Let it go and it will let go of you. Don't hold on to old grudges, write an apology letter to yourself from anybody who ever made you feel hurt. You can burn this letter afterward and as the smoke vanishes so will the negative energy attached to that event and person. It might take a couple of attempts, but try it!
6.👉STRESS AND OVERWHELM:
– Be kind to yourself. Plan for your tasks ahead of time, and if needed reduce or delegate some of them to others. You can do anything but not everything. Make time for YOU in your day.
7.👉PROCRASTINATION:
Break your tasks into smaller steps so they don't feel overwhelming. Set deadlines and get an accountability partner to help you stay on schedule.
8.👉UNRESOLVED EMOTIONS:
Suppressing or avoiding emotions, like anger, or frustration, can create emotional blockages. Let yourself feel and express your feelings using "I" statements. For example, say, "I feel frustrated when..." instead of blaming or accusing someone with "you" statements. "Managing our emotions is a massive part of any success." -Natalie O'Rourke
9.👉UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS:
Toxic bad relationships can drain us. Set boundaries and limit time with people who make you feel bad about yourself. Surround yourself with happy and upbeat people who make you feel alive.
10.👉LACK OF GRATITUDE:
Make it a habit to think about and appreciate what you have each day. Show kindness and say thank you to others. It always feels good.
